Most businesses like yours are running on a process that's never been written down. It lives in your head, a group text, and a stack of spreadsheets. I work in four steps: understand how the process actually works today, document it so it exists somewhere besides your memory, build the fix in (AI is one of the tools I use, not the point), then hand the resulting system to your team to run.
Ops Audit

Understand and document. I learn how your operation actually works today and write it down, then name the three biggest time and revenue leaks. Credited toward a Build if you move forward.
Ops Build
$10,000–$15,000
4 weeks + 4 weekly training sessions
Build the fix in. I build the fix into the documented process at the one or two points that matter most, then spend four weekly sessions with your whole team on the live system until they can run and adjust it without me.

Pay as you go
No subscription
Scale and hand off. Once your team is trained, I'm not on retainer. Book me only when you actually want me back.
If your team isn't saving real time within the first month, I keep building until they are. If your team can't run the system on its own by the end of training, I keep training until they can.
