I've watched a lot of owners get buried by their own success. The business grows, but the person running it never gets to step back. I spent years inside a large engineering firm building systems for exactly this kind of problem, just at a much bigger scale. Which means I already know what the fix looks like when it's done right, and how to build it fast. I started V3 Operations because that same problem is everywhere in owner-operated businesses: the whole operation running through one person's head and a group text. Most of these businesses don't need a big firm, a long engagement, or a software platform costing hundreds a month. They need someone who can find the actual leak and build the fix.
