I've spent years inside large organizations building systems that make complex work faster and clearer, and watching how much time gets lost when the right tools and processes aren't in place. I started V3 Operations because that same problem is everywhere in owner-operated field service businesses: the whole operation running through one person's head and a group text. Most of these businesses don't need a big firm, a long engagement, or a software platform costing hundreds per month. They need someone who can find the actual leak and build the fix.
